These terms are an agreement between you and qthink Company about your use of Muze.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You're responsible for activity on your account. Your username and Muze address are yours for as long as you keep your account; they can't be changed or transferred.
What Muze does
Muze uses AI to research, work with files, and draft emails for you. AI can make mistakes: check important information, sources, and drafts before you rely on them. Muze signs in to websites only with details you give it for a task, never pays for anything, and asks before anything that commits you, like submitting an order or posting publicly.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Muze to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, or harassment.
- Don't use Muze for anything illegal, to infringe others' rights, or to collect people's personal information without permission.
- Don't try to bypass limits, security, or the approval steps.
We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Email you send
You're responsible for emails you approve or ask Muze to send. We limit recipients and sending volume to protect everyone's inbox.
Credits
Credits measure usage. Free daily credits refill each day and don't carry over. Credits have no cash value.
Your content
You own your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide Muze to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Muze reliable but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features and will give notice of significant changes.
Disclaimers and liability
Muze is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to US$50.
Ending
You can stop using Muze and delete your account at any time in the app.
